When you are kind to others, it not only changes you, it changes the world.” –Harold Kushner
This week we celebrated Kindness week at Will Rogers Elementary with the purpose of instilling a more kind and positive environment for all throughout the entire year.
All students k-5th had the opportunity to participate in writing and drawing positive and kind words in a collage that has been posted on the cafeteria wall. They also enjoyed participating in “Kindness in Chalk” activity during their recess time and writing out some positive/kind shout outs to their friends and teachers at school.
