VUSD Purchasing/Procurement Information for Vendors

New/Renewing Vendors - 

All vendors must provide a vendor registration packet to VUSD in order to provide goods or services. Vendor registration packets must be completed electronically and a current IRS Form W-9 must be provided to VUSD each year.

Forms, Contracts, and Other Documents - 

All vendors must complete and execute a service agreement with VUSD before any work or services may commence. 


California Student Data Privacy Agreement (CSDPA). 

All vendors who are providing a service or software that involves student access or data must have an executed VUSD CSDPA before any services or work may commence without exception. For more information, please follow the SDPC California Alliance website  

Pre-Qualification and CUPCCAA

Ventura USD has contracted with Colbi Technologies to provide a web-based process for submitting to their Prequalified Contractor and CUPCCAA lists called Quality Bidders
