Notice for Incoming 9th Grade Athletes (Español)

Online Athletic Clearance

1. Go to http://registermyathlete.com/schools
2. Click Create Account *Save your Login Info.*
3. Enter Parent/Guardian Information
4. Click “Got it! I’m Done Here” and continue
5. Click Start/Complete Registrations
6. Read and Agree to the Terms and Conditions
7. Click on Select School/Athlete/Year

                    This school year 2021-2022 ends May 2022. Next school year 2022-2023 starts August 2022

8. Click on Guardian Info  
          All *required information must be entered to continue- Guardian/Emergency
    
9. Click on Insurance
         All *required insurance information must be entered to move continue.
    
10. Select Electronic Documents
11. Read documents

Open and Agree to all electronic documents & document questions.

12. Click Next Step after reading all documents
13. Submit both Parent and Student e-signatures
14. Upload athlete Physical Evaluation Clearance form
     If you can’t upload the form online, bring it to the Athletics Office to complete your registration. 

​Physical forms will not be accepted until online registration is complete pending for physical

New Season/New Sport?  Login and start a registration for your new sport.

Returning Students need to log in confirm information is correct and complete steps 5–15.
