Please return ASAP! They are very important for AMS to have and students cannot play without them being complete.  Their physical needs to be completed within the last year.  If they have completed a physical within the last year, just bring a copy.

If you cannot get into your doctor soon, you can go to Wilson Chiropractic and Sports Medicine Clinic.  (Tell them Maggie Graves from Anacapa sent you.)  I believe he will charge around $20 (call ahead of time... he is a very big supporter of VUSD athletics.)
